If Coastal Rosemary & Lemon was the bar sitting in your shower before a coconut reaction ruled it out, here's the good news.
Same scent. Same rosemary-infused olive oil, made the exact way it always was, infused into the oil itself, not added after. Different base underneath, tallow and babassu instead of coconut oil, so the bar you liked is coconut-free now, not replaced by something new.
What Changed, What Didn't
Contains babassu oil, a palm-family oil. If you have a coconut or tree nut allergy, patch test before use. The 1.5 oz travel bar is built for exactly that. Everything else stayed: lemon leads, sharp and clean, rosemary settles in underneath, bergamot rounds out the edges so it doesn't read like straight cleaning-product citrus. Goat milk powder and kaolin clay round out the feel. Spirulina and turmeric still give it that sea-glass green and gold, color only.
Who Reaches for This Bar
Returning customers who want the original bar back, in a form their skin can actually handle. Anyone who wants a bright, herbal scent without sweetness or floral notes doing the work. Ingredient-list readers who want to know exactly what babassu is before they commit.
Questions We Actually Get Asked
Is this the same bar as the original Rosemary & Lemon?
Same scent profile and the same rosemary-infused olive oil technique. The base changed from coconut oil to tallow with babassu, which is what makes this version coconut-free.
Does babassu oil count as coconut for allergy purposes?
Not botanically. It's palm-family, though, and some coconut-sensitive people react to it anyway. Patch test with the travel bar before committing to the full size.
Is this bar really coconut-free?
Yes. No coconut oil, no coconut-derived surfactants anywhere in the formula. Babassu stands in for coconut's role in the lather instead.
What does goat milk do in a soap bar?
It adds a soft, creamy finish to the lather. It's a cosmetic ingredient here, not a treatment claim, it just changes how the bar feels against skin.
How long does the bar last?
4 to 6 weeks with daily use, longer if you keep it dry on a draining soap dish between showers.
What's In It
Grass-fed tallow and babassu oil carry the formula (coconut's lather job, palm-family, disclosed above). Rosemary-infused olive oil conditions and carries the herbal note into the base itself. Shea butter and castor oil round out the rinse. Goat milk powder and kaolin clay add a soft, creamy finish without stripping moisture. Lemon, rosemary, and bergamot essential oils make up the scent. Spirulina and turmeric are for color only.
