Shipping policy
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order or shipping details. An order in transit cannot be adjusted by our team. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Sea Spray Soap Support Team immediately by emailing info@seaspraysoap.com. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
We only offer free shipping within the continental US on orders over $50.
We ship orders using eco-friendly packaging materials as well as recycled packaging.
Shipping prices are based on USPS, UPS and DHL estimates, and all orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation.
Our goal is to process your order within 7 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.
Our products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures. Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sea Spray Soap is not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information.
Sea Spray Soap is not responsible for lost, stolen and undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Sea Spray Soap will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
