Every Sea Spray Soap order is packed and shipped from our small-batch workshop in Flagler County, Florida. Unlike large fulfillment warehouses, every order is personally reviewed, packed, and prepared by the maker before it leaves our workshop. When you place an order with Sea Spray Soap, you're supporting a small American business dedicated to creating natural home and body care products with ingredient transparency, thoughtful craftsmanship, and sustainable practices.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Because our products are made and stocked in small batches, occasional delays may occur during holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume. If a delay is expected, we'll communicate with you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment, though carrier delays can occasionally occur. Once your package leaves our workshop, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping promotion will automatically be applied during checkout when your order meets the minimum purchase requirement.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also log into your customer account at any time to review your order status and shipping updates.
Sustainable Packaging
Sustainability is a core part of our business. We use recyclable, biodegradable, and plastic-free packaging whenever possible. Many products are packaged in recyclable paperboard, glass, or other low-waste materials. While protecting your order during transit is our first priority, we're continually evaluating more sustainable packaging options as they become available.
Returns, Replacements & Customer Satisfaction
Because our soaps, bath products, and personal care items are handmade and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. This policy helps protect the health and safety of all customers and ensures that no used product is ever resold.
However, customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue whenever possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution. Shipping issues occasionally happen, and we are committed to making them right.
Product Questions or Concerns
Natural products can vary slightly from batch to batch because they are handcrafted rather than mass-produced. If you have questions about ingredients, scent strength, product usage, allergies, or whether a product is right for your needs, please reach out before or after purchasing. We are happy to help you find the best fit and provide guidance based on our formulation experience.
