Bamboo Handle | Sisal Bristles | 2.16" x 2.16" x 3.15" | Compostable
A dish brush that does the actual job without leaving plastic behind. The handle is solid bamboo. The bristles are dense sisal fiber, firm enough to cut through stuck-on food but gentle on glassware, nonstick pans, and produce.
What It's Made Of
Sustainable bamboo handle with natural sisal fiber bristles. No plastic, no synthetic bristles. Sisal holds its shape wash after wash and dries fast between uses, so it doesn't turn into the damp, sour sponge situation under your sink.
Care
Rinse after each use, shake off the water, and let it air dry somewhere ventilated. Replace it once the bristles start to fray. When it's done, the whole brush breaks down naturally instead of sitting in a landfill.
Questions We Actually Get Asked
Is this brush fully compostable?
Yes. Both the bamboo handle and the sisal bristles are natural materials that break down, unlike plastic-handled brushes and synthetic-bristle scrubbers.
Will it scratch nonstick pans or glassware?
No. Sisal fiber is firm enough to cut through stuck-on food but won't scratch nonstick coatings, glass, or ceramic.
How long does the brush last?
With daily use and proper air drying between washes, most people replace the brush every few months, once the bristles start to fray or flatten.
Pair it with a bar of our Coconut-Free Solid Dish Soap for a fully plastic-free dish routine.
