A Coconut-Free Collection That Wasn't Built on Compromise

If you have a coconut sensitivity, you've probably had this experience: you find a "natural" product you're excited about, you flip it over, and there it is. Coconut oil. Sodium cocoate. Cocamidopropyl betaine. Coco-glucoside. A whole family of coconut-derived ingredients hiding under names that don't say "coconut" anywhere.

You put it back. Again.

I get it - personally and professionally. Sensitive, reactive skin was part of why Sea Spray Soap exists at all. And coconut is everywhere in natural personal care. It lathers well, it's relatively affordable, it has a good reputation. There are real reasons formulators love it. I even use coconut-derived ingredients in some of our products where it makes sense.

But for a meaningful chunk of our customers, coconut is the problem. And "just avoid natural products too, I guess" is not an acceptable solution.

So we built something better.

Our coconut-free collection is exactly what it sounds like - products formulated without coconut oil or coconut-derived ingredients. And here's the thing I want to be clear about: these aren't lesser versions of anything. They weren't made as afterthoughts or workarounds.

Our lotion bars and body butter sticks? Never had coconut oil in them. That was a conscious choice from the start - one that came down to how we wanted the product to feel on your skin. The coconut-free benefit is almost incidental. We just also happen to think you shouldn't have to miss out because of a sensitivity.
