Switching to a coconut-free routine already means reading labels more carefully than you'd like. Figuring out which dish and brush to pair a new bar with shouldn't be extra homework. This set includes exactly what you need to start, and the formula is coconut-free from the first wash, not something you have to double-check.
The bar cuts grease and replaces 2 to 3 plastic bottles. The dish keeps it dry between uses, which is what actually makes a bar last. The brush works stuck-on food loose without scratching your pans.

What's in the bar
Tallow - the base of the formula. Grease-cutting power and long-lasting hardness, with zero coconut oil.
Sunflower Oil and Castor Oil - rich, stable lather that stays gentle on hands.
Sodium Citrate - balances pH for cleaner-feeling results.
Sodium Lactate - hardens the bar so it lasts longer.
Salt and Sugar - boost the lather.
Essential Oils - the only fragrance in scented varieties. Nothing synthetic.
Full INCI: Sodium Tallowate, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Aqua, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Sucrose, Sodium Lactate, Limonene, essential oils (scented varieties only).

Citrus - bright and sharp, bergamot's citrus edge lifted with a touch of may chang. Clean, not sweet.
Lemon Basil - lemony and green, litsea cubeba's brightness grounded by a whisper of basil. Reads like a kitchen herb garden.
Lemongrass Eucalyptus - grassy and citrus-sharp up front, eucalyptus cools it down on the finish.
Lavender - classic lavender softened with bergamot and a trace of pine. Calming without going floral-heavy.
Eucalyptus & Mint - cool and clarifying, eucalyptus leads with peppermint sharpening the finish. Wakes up a sink full of dishes.
Lemon Rosemary - lemon-forward and bright, rosemary and lemongrass add an herbal backbone underneath.
Unscented - no essential oils added. Just the bar.

Care
Store the bar on the ceramic dish and keep it dry between uses. Rinse the dish periodically, it's dishwasher safe. Rinse the brush after each use and store bristle side down to drain. Don't run the brush through the dishwasher, replace it once the bristles splay.

What's the difference between the Starter Set and the Gift Set?
Same bar, dish, and brush. The Gift Set adds a compostable sponge, a Swedish dishcloth, and a gift box on top of that. This one is the essentials, priced for making the switch yourself rather than giving it as a gift.
Is this dish soap really coconut-free?
Yes. The bar is made with tallow, sunflower oil, castor oil, sodium citrate, sodium lactate, salt, and sugar, with no coconut oil or coconut derivatives anywhere in the formula.
How long does a solid dish soap bar last?
About 2 to 3 months with daily use, as long as it's kept on the included ceramic dish between washes.
Is this dish soap safe for septic systems?
Yes, it's septic safe.

Quick to respond when I had a question and soap was packaged nicely. I've never used a bristle brush and bar soap for hand washing dishes before. it's a nice dish and brush set. The soap is amazing and is completely scent-free which is a huge relief for my asthma and my dishes are cleaned perfectly. I will definitely order again.
looked and looked and looked for a set like this! could only find one piece and it was so hard to make sure everything fit together nicely, luckily i came across this business! i ordered the lemon basil and the scent is amazing, not too strong like a lot of other companies, just a faint pleasant smell. the brush is also great, not too tough or soft, just right! the best part was the packaging, you cant beat a small business who cares. the package was protected nicely, a handwritten note and they even threw in a free laundry sample! will absolutely be ordering from here again. you guys are doing a great job!
I specifically bought the unscented and you guys put a scented trail thing and they’re now the whole thing stinks

I’m so sorry this happene, I completely understand how frustrating it is when you specifically choose an unscented product.
We did include a couple of complimentary samples in your order that were scented, and unfortunately that impacted your dish bar. That’s absolutely on us, and we’ve since updated our packaging process for fragrance-free orders to prevent this going forward.
As soon as we became aware, we sent a replacement unscented dish bar your way along with an additional fragrance-free laundry soap, and I followed up to make sure everything arrived safely.
